Having watched every snap of Dell's career, I can count the number of bad plays he made on one hand. His only knock is his size. That's it. If you can live with Brandin Cooks, you can live with Tank Dell. He's open all the time. He makes guys miss. And he is a weapon on special teams. He will find a way to make an impact.
He’s really one of those guys where you just have to put the ball in his hands and watch him make a play
He's not even a bad blocker for his size. He'll be a great catalyst for the offense. Little stick of dynamite that kid is.
This was a great pick at this point in the draft. Collins, Menchie, and Dell are 3 young wrs I like a lot.
As a UofH alum, I love this pick! Could be our modern Billy "White Shoes" Johnson with his return skills.
Nah… I understand why you would say that, but you will be surprised by how productive Dell is if he gets playing time. He is one of those rare receivers that just always find a way.
I’m not. They got to see a lot of Dell over the last few years. He is a very hard worker, very driven, very competitive… smart and just always finds a way. He has a chance to be very productive in the slot.
Exactly - he makes himself relevant. He is one of those very rare people that will make themselves successful.
He was basically a cheat code in bad yardage situations. Every time we needed a big play or to be bailed out of a jam, he was there. He should be money in the slot.
I absolutely love this pick. I could see him becoming our workhorse WR. CJ’s best strength is accuracy. Tank’s best strength is the ability to get open. It’s a match made in heaven.
