If Stroud wants to do better on his S2C he should remember to always bring a pencil to every game.

My from the couch non-informed prediction on Stroud: His floor is Brock Osweiler, his ceiling is Jameis Winston's arm talent + brains.

Would roast you for that take, but you did say you were not informed.

Jameis is disrespect though because he does not take care of the ball at all.

Well that's why I'm saying Jameis "+ brains," Stroud would be a much better decision maker and way less turnovers.

CJ vs the #2 defense in the country last year. Rocky start with some questionable decisions mixed in. Played great at times and that accuracy was on display with some dots thrown all over the field. Plenty to build on with this kid.

A couple really nice throws. But most of that tape is really bad. There should have been minimum 4 picks in that game.

Was not a blemish free afternoon thats for sure, but you can see pinpoint accuracy and making some throws when they mattered. Same happened against Michigan who was another top ranked defense, He seemed to handle Wisconsin pretty well. His accuracy is really ahead of everyone this year, but his athleticism and instinct leaves a little to be desired. If you can keep him clean and offer an innovative offensive scheme I think he's good enough to win with.

I agree with this. I just think I’m disappointed with that being the case. Win with or win because. I’m taking win because.
Ultimately there has to be talent around him or anyone. I truly hope the kid succeeds.

Nothing on that tape screams he lacks needed athletic ability. Pretty insane tape with a few questionable throws sprinkled in. He reminds me of Aaron Rodgers at Cal. Some of the throws are insane and when he gets hot! He is hot.

This isn't talked about much but essential in the Kubinahan offense.

    ( I couldn't find the latest drop)

He hides the ball better than 11 of the qbs in the draft. The others are loose in their theatrics. Only Young does it better but that's because you really can't see him back there and Hooker has had ten years in college to perfect it.
I expect heavy play action like those other Texans 2008 disciples around the league.

Stop it. That was terrible tape outside of 4 throws.
Literally the first 4 plays are turnover worth plays.

You idiots need to stop the Aaron Rodgers comp too, Stroud is nowhere near the athlete Rodgers was and doesn’t have near the arm talent.
God some of y’all are delusional
