He held Culley's hand cause Culley was clueless out there. He may continue to wear the headset because he says that how he evaluates player execution on the field but I doubt he gives any input with a new head coach
Nick Caserio is nowhere near the resume that Belichick had prior to becoming the head coach of the Patriots.
But Nick wasn't the GM for the Patriots when he was on the headset. He was the director of player personnel which reports to the GM. Since Nick is the GM now of the Texans, it's odd he wants to still continue to be another coach of the team when his time could be better spent doing the responsibilities of a GM. This reminds me of Bill O'Brien wanting to do everything; having 3 different jobs (HC, OC, and GM) and being bad at all of them. Nick's style may work, but until the Texans start winning, this is a legitimate concern and off-putting to qualified head coaching candidates.
You guys with these Easterby erections are something else. It's pretty much psychosis at this point lol
Just want to get in on record that its Flores as HC with DC being Boyer or Mayo. Pep stays at OC and Lovie is let go. BEFORE TUESDAY AT 5:30!
Not Jerod Mayo, Josh McDaniels and the “Patriots Way” getting carved up by the Bills BTW, Tom Brady plays tomorrow.
Sourced or an educated guess? Flores seems obvious to me and I’m fine with it. Not sure Flores and his relationship with Boyer, everything seems strained in Miami.
