All Gary Kubiak had to do was make the call. He would have had the greatest kicker in NFL history. Instead they wasted a draft pick on Fat Randy. The deciding factor being Randy went to A&M, Tucker went to Texas.
After watching him at UT I'll never understand how he went undrafted....every team in the NFL passed on him 7 times, twice in the 6th/7th rounds. But let's be honest here: Bullock was the better kicker in college, by far. He hurt his leg and never quite got over it.
