Glad theCavs aren’t quiet regarding the officiating. That’s one thing that irks me about the rockets - we are so quiet knowing when we’re getting mobbed by the refs.
Ah man. This is great. I only hope for even more blatant corruption. This problem with referees needs to be in the spotlight. The whole world needs to see and recognize this scam. I think everyone outside of California is getting it now. These aren't "mistakes". LeBron brings a whole crowd of casual fans. You know they are wondering WTF is going on like we were in games 6 and 7 when the Golden Team was on the ropes and needed to be bailed out.
Guys....everything is going according to plan. Lebron feeling like he is getting robbed by his teammates and by the refs. Frustration and anger building up. Everyone seeing how the NBA protects the Warriors. This is beautiful!
Yes, he was technically still moving. But it is still a subjective call and they are only supposed to reverse calls when it's conclusive. The replay was in no way conclusive whether it was a charge or block. At least one official on the court thought it was a charge and then you had Steve Javie -- a long time, big game official saying he thought it was a charge too. Then you have others believing it was a block. The import thing was, what was the call on the court? It was called a charge. Once they reviewed and conclusively saw that LBJ was in front of the restricted zone --- the call on the court should have stood. When officials, players and fans alike are split over what the call should have been -- that makes it a subjective play and nowhere near the vicinity of 'conclusive' evidence needed to overturn. The Cavs got hosed by a subjective opinion that overturned the original subjective opinion that should have remained unchanged by the letter of the law. Who knows what transpires after the charge, but Cavs were up 2 with a chance to go up two scores and possibly putting GSW into desperation foul mode. But alas, GSW got help from the officiating again at the most critical time.
I gotta ask what else LBJ is supposed to do other than steal the ball from George Hill or JR Smith to ala the Teen Wolf so that he could have hit the go ahead FT or call the timeout off the rebound himself. A near triple double with an efficient 50+ points and they still lose because he can't count in his teammates to come through. How many uncontested, wide open shots did he create tonight? Yet they still shoot under 45%, including 27% from three. If Michael Jordan had role players like JR Smith instead of Steve Kerr to depend upon, he would't have 6 rings ....
Its a damned if you do damned if you dont situation when it comes to complaining about refs imo. Harden didnt want to make excuses and thats cool too. His mom was calling the refs the eff out on instagram doe
I'm confused. These tweets say they can only check if he's inside the restricted area. Wasn't he outside the restricted area?
