It's a bit of denial by Lin to call his experience the D-League when he racked up starter money and had an opportunity to play starter minutes. Just because he couldn't change his game to mesh with Harden's doesn't mean it was merely a learning experience riding the bench. Those playoff moments of disaster are all yours buddy. Yao is a better player than Lin for sure...But he is also a freak of nature who happens to be 7'6. When you are that big, you don't associate them with their race. Lin is much closer to the regular human size and more relatable to us. So I don't think your example works in this scenario
Lol not only is he doing it wrong, but the amount of time he and king1 spent on this Lin thread is beyond comical. If they were trolling, it'd make them look like complete idiots who failed at trolling and wasted a lot of time and emotions doing nothing.
