any kind of faith/religious fanaticism is bad, even worse when mixed with sports... at least that dion waiters thing blew by quickly...
I had been avoiding this thread, but with this news of the Lakers benching Lin I feel like I have to comment. The thing is, I actually feel LOFs have a legitimate beef now. I mean, we talkin about Ronnie Price. RONNIE FREAKING PRICE. Not Steve Nash, not even Patrick Beverley. Ronnie Price, the guy who has played on 6 teams, has career highs of 4.3ppg and 3.1apg, and is already 31 years old. To put things in perspective, I provide the following 2 stat lines Ronnie Price: 8.8PER/3.9ppg/1.7rpg/3.7apg/.417 TS% 20mpg Nick Johnson: 6.2PER/3.3ppg/1.2rpg/0.3apg/.452 TS% 10mpg I’m not joking when I say even if Ronnie Price were on the Rockets today, Nick Johnson may play ahead of him.

lol we all know that he was not ok with it. but whatever he tells Scott, he's not gonna change his decision. Boozer wasn't happy but what can he do lol
I hate it when JLin responds to adversities in his career by quoting Bible verses. Man, take it like a man and work to get better at your handles and decision-making. Watch a lot of tape.
Pretty much says it all. He doesn't even know when he's supposed to get angry. He'll just trust in God to get him back in the starting lineup.
We will take him back, but the Lakers have to include a first round pick. Their first round pick, unprotected.
He has turned from small piles of dog poo to large loads of donkey droppings. Besides the two week fluke, he is no better than Donald Sloan. He can have the occasional big game that makes him look like a star but more often than not it's the scrubby games.
