I'm calling for 2 Monday Night games, 2 Sunday night games, and the stupid Thursday game.

I only see potential prime time home games vs Denver, New England and probably Seattle.
Road prime time tv games vs San Francisco and Baltimore are most likely.

I have to see what the roster looks like and how the travel and schedule looks like before I can make a call.

Gonna go with all home games at noon. road games at noon, unless on the west coast. I'm going to pick Houston at San Francisco and New England at Houston as the two NBC games with Denver at Houston, and and Houston at Baltimore as two Monday night games.

Houston at Seattle will be a CBS game, so it will definitely not be on week one due to the US Open.

If NBC already racks up enough prime time marquee games with New England and San Fran, I could see our games being 3pm games on CBS.

Texans lose all games at night because Schaub blows in prime-time.

It also should be noted that the 3pm CBS/Fox games (the "national" game of the week) are games that are usually more sought after, and are selected by the networks, ahead of the MNF slot (which is bascially the #3 game of the week).

We probably will get the DENVER game as the Monday Nighter.
    NYJets, Chicago?

Yeah but against NYJ Schaub was 14-28 for 209 yds, 1 TD, and an INT

and against CHI Schaub was 14-26 for 95 yds, a miracle TD pass, and 2 INT's....it's safe to say he blows....

I hope our national games - specifically, NBC games - are against AFC opponents. Last year, we were featured six times nationally (including 3pm at Denver and Thanksgiving), and three were against NFC North teams. Who cares? We're one of the four best teams in the AFC; our primetime games should have conference playoff implications - *that's* how you build your brand. Imagine how different *everyone's* perception of this season would be if Broncos/Ravens had been our Sunday night games instead of Green Bay/Chicago (assuming, of course, the exact same results).

I hope the SF/Sea games are 3pm candidates and Pats, Broncs, Ravens & Colts drive our Sunday/Monday nighters.

No. We play them every 4 years. We played them last in 2010, meaning they play again in 2014.

I think the Denver game is a shoe-in for either Sunday night or 3pm (the #1 and #2 slots of the week), just as it was last year.

JJ Watt single-handedly won us that Jets game. Prob best defensive individual effort I've ever seen. Defense also had a lot to do with the Chicago win.

Schaub had ratings of 71, 56, 43, and 69 in prime time last year. He has a point.

So basically, you have them losing to every team that finished over .500 last year... with the execption of Indy (who you have them going 1-1 agains).
