I want the Cavs to win since this is probably the best thing to come to Cleveland in 50 or so years but my brain tells me that the Spurs veteran team will just end up shutting them down and somehow winning.

I was just getting ready to make this thread.

Great to see some new blood instead of the tired old Pistons. too bad the Spurs will destroy them, Cleveland wins once at home, just like the Jazz series.

    Spurs in 5

Man I hate the Spurs. :(

    Spurs 4th championship

    vs.

national media slobbing over Lebron's knob after winning his first title

    Tough decision.

    spurs in 6.

cleveland will pull out two emotional victories in the series, but in the end the spurs methodical ways will lull the baby cavs to sleep.

but i gotta say: LEBRON IS THA MAN!

It's nice to see the Cavs in the finals but the Spurs are going to win easily...

If it was possible, this series would go 3, but I guess I'll have to go with Spurs in 4 by default.

Can't bring myself to root for either one.

Spur in 5 (just so they can win at their home court).

Well now we know one story line for the finals that will get beaten to death:

Mike Brown vs. his mentor Gregg Popavich.

    no

    1) bron v. bowen
    2) bron's legacy v. duncan's legacy
    3) bron's legacy
    4) brons legacy
    5) bron's legacy
    6) confirmation of bron's date of birth

If Lebron dominates the game like he did in Game 5 against the Pistons, Bruce Bowen will try to end his career with the old dirty tricks. Watch out, Lebron!

Spurs in 4, it's going to be a walk in the park for em... it'll illustrate exactly how different the East and West are, Cleveland is a very average team, honestly the East should be in a "B" league….they shouldn't even have the honor of playing a team from the West. It's a waste of time. :p Spurs should just be handed the title and Duncan should get the MVP.

Very tough indeed. I hate the spurms and lebron.

I wish something would just happen and they'd have to force the Finals to be stopped so this year will produce no winner. hah.
