Yes, another thread. Deal with it. Let's take a small breather from the pro-UT (Young) vs. anti-UT (Bush) bickering bitterness... and instead snipe at each other through the magical form of haiku! Remember: 3 lines, 5-7-5 syllable structure. Young: Best QB pro? Bush: Texans new franchise back? Trade pick for D'Brick! "Bush is the greatest!" (Real translation for the rest: "Horns down, UT fans!") Vince should be the pick!! Hook 'em Horns... errr... Go Texans! No, I'm not biased. Need a new QB? Shore up our running backs corps? Fix the damn defense!
Why is Chaz still here? P-Burnt is prime evidence. Terminate the putz. O-line sucks a nut. Replace with cardboard cut-outs? Would probably help. Sacrificial lamb Fired to appease raving fans, Thy name is Capers Is Carr the problem? Lead us to the promised land? Who cares? Bring in Vince!
Thsi is from IC, Reggie and Co.: Anyone but Vince, His Motion is ludicrous, Bush saves Texans draft. Bush best since Sayers, Vince lucky versus SC, V-Y equals bust.
"Fired" = 1 syllable "to" = 1 syllable "appease" = 2 syllable "raving" = 2 syllables "fans" = 1 syllable 1+1+2+2+1 = 7 You lose, General Kenobi!
Gary is biased! Will Aggie destroy our team?? Pick Vince OR I WALK! For weeks we've argued Who is the better prospect? Makes D&D tame 2 and 14 team We've got more holes than swiss cheese! Need MORE than skill studs!
Fired is one syllable. Look it up in the dictionary. (The English one and not the Texan one). A syllable must contain a vowel sound. "ured" is really just the "R" sound followed by the "D" sound. There is no vowel sound in there, so it is not a syllable.
