i'm still new here, and i dont know if this has been done before...but i'd like to see who you guys like to read here at the bbs
    i nominate myself, of course:D

but all joking aside, i like:
--MacBeth, for his wonderful insight and his very high b-ball IQ
--rockHead, for his hilarious pics (one with neo saying "whoa")

and the award for the best newbie:
--dr. hotballa...gotta love his theories on yao
    ...or...
-- rezdawg. man, that guy has 1800+ posts, and he's STILL a junior member!

so there are my nominations. now it's your turn!

yeah, there was this Best New Poster Part II or some such. But it was totally rigged, and then there was like an unattended super bowl sort of "championship" round where Refman won after he threatened to litigate against Clutch.

Basically, this place is just too cut-throat and corrupt to have a legitimate competition.

What's that? ... Oh, yes, I was eliminated by Refman in the tournament. Why do you ask?

you are too modest Max...he's right.
Even tho I dont always agree with your viewpoint, you make lucid and well-reasoned posts(most of the time).

If Refman wouldn't have told me how you two clicked so well...similar interests...then I probably wouldn't have picked up on it. :D

He wouldn't let us leave the restaurant until Jeff and I swore in blood that we would vote Republican next election! I'm still traumatized by the whole ordeal.

Actually, it's 7 on the left hand. The nub is really small, so I forgive you for missing it.

Six fingers? I can just see Mad Max trying to buy a car and bringing RM95 with him to make sure he doesnt get screwed buying his car:

Mad Max: Yeah, I am looking for a BMW, preferably in black.

    Puddy: Alright, classic. High-five.

Mad Max: Ummmm ....actually, for me, it would be a high-six.

    Puddy: (squinting ...staring)

Mad Max: (gives Puddy a high-six)

Puddy: On the flip side (putting his hand behind his back waiting for a low-six).

Mad Max: Ummmmm ....the high-five is very ....uh ....grease-monkey.

Puddy: I find that term offensive. I don't know any monkeys that can take apart a fuel injector.

Mad Max: I’m sorry, but the high-five is just so stupid.

Puddy: (Somewhat hurt) Oh yeah? I’ll tell you what’s stupid. You. Stupid.

Mad Max: Well, that is really mature.

    Puddy: Yeah? So are you.

    Mad Max: Huh?

    Puddy: You’re the grease monkey.

Mad Max: (Confused at Puddy’s attempts at a comeback) Uh.. that doesn’t make any sense. I am leaving.

RM95: There’s now laws in this place. Anything goes! It’s

    Thunderdome!
