http://campussqueeze.com/static/20-ugliest-colleges-in-the-USA.html So…I, the writer of the 20 Most Beautiful Colleges in the USA, am back with the 20 ugliest ones! I know all of you have been waiting for this. And I have to warn you that I am not going to be very nice about these ones. I’m sorry if you go to any of these schools; I’m sure you have lovely academic programs but they’re just not very pretty. Which isn’t your fault, so try not to get too upset with me here, okay? Now, I based this post on message boards from students and anyone, actually, who wanted to voice their opinion on what they thought the ugliest/prettiest schools were. If you disagree, you should’ve taken the time to write what you think about the schools. 18. Texas A&M- There’s not much wrong this campus except for the lack of color. One poster said it’s essentially “BEIGE BEIGE everywhere…” I couldn’t agree more. And, um, “Aggieland”??? Not exactly an appealing phrase, is it? And on their website, they have an extremely strange lack of pictures of their buildings. Just keep adding fuel to my fire, Texas A&M. Knock yourselves out.
That #1 looks hideous! it's like a weird broken down shoe factory from the 19th century or something.
The author is pretty funny. You'd think that how a school looks shouldn't matter, but it does. It effects the morale of the student and teacher base. I went to San Jac Central for a year and couldn't stand how it looked.
I just looked at your most beautiful and I have no idea how Mercer can be one of the top 20 most beautiful campuses. I've been there plenty of times, and have never noticed anything special about it.
i don't know why UH is not on that list. I'm sitting in the quads, starting at my puke white walls as i write this.
At least we have pretty nice new buildings. Our rec ctr is the best in the state. I only wish we'd have a better COMM building.
At least UH has some interesting sculptures around campus. A&M has weird totalitarian-looking statues of guys in uniform.
We used to call it "the naked p*rn lady" back when I was a freshman in '03. I even made a facebook group about it, it's such an awesome statue.
I don't know how "official" the name is/was, but back when my sister was there (starting in '97) they called her "the b**** in the box".
My uncle used to get me a strange gift every year and i loved it. Now I dont know exactly what it is called but it looks like this: Spoiler I thought that was cool.
Naked chick in a box, f yeah And of course, she's in front of what is arguably the ugliest building on campus, S&R 1. It looks like a Soviet-era factory from the outside
