Any ideas where to go sell VHS tapes? I'm guessing Half Price Books. We're moving this weekend and I just came across a box of about 50 VHS tapes my wife had before we got married.
If you're in them, I'll buy them. I was going to say "if your wife is in them, I'll buy them" but that would have been too much How about the PAWN SHOP as a last resort? They'll give you 50¢ for them.
Wrap the box in plastic, go somewhere remote and bury them in the ground. Future archeologists will get a kick out of "Weekend at Bernie’s."
If you have a copy of Ghostbusters II on VHS, I'll trade you a 45 of ABBA's Take a Chance On Me for it...
Probably what I'll end up doing. We have a bunch of dishes and clothes we're taking to Goodwill, might as well include these.
Post them on Ebay or Craiglist. I once had a collection of 5-6 years worth of SI magazine stored when I was younger. When I realized it was no value to me, I posted on Ebay. Sold for $150. Shipping was about $40 sent via media mail. But the buyer paid for that.
I forgot about the library. Give them to the public library... they will lend them to other libraries if they already have them, or put them out for sale so that they can make something out of it. I know I still check out some good older VHS Movies I hadn't watched. Don't give the dishes and clothes to the library.
$1 total. i even had the star wars vhses in mint condition there's only 2 vhs i would never sell. clutch city & double clutch
