Alexander Johnson- out Lee- safe Lowry- safe Martin- safe Miller- safe Yao- safe Patrick Patterson- ??? Scola- safe Taylor- out I think Harris, Johnson, and Taylor are out! But who is the fourth??
Maybe Patterson for a few games in NBDL, then Jeffries if he's not already gone in a trade. Jeffries is not in our future plans; every other player you listed is, including Taylor most likely, though he will also have to spend more time in NBDL just because the roster is crowded with more ready players.
This is exactly why a possible trade with Philly would make so much sense. If the Rockets could do a Battier+Jeffries+Hill+draft picks for Iggy+Jason Smith trade, then they could cut Jason Smith, Mike Harris, and Alexander Johnson and the roster would be down to 12
But unfortunetly, smart guy, I don't get to be there and watch training camp!!! Obviously coaches probably have pretty good idea of who it's gonna be, but for some reason it slipped their mind to let me know about the plans!! I guess the consiquences of them being forgetfull is that everyone who reads ur post will become slighty dumber just from reading the obvious fact that, yes, that's what training camp is for!!
I also said preseason....which we get to watch. There's also something called blogs, videos, and online newpapers that often get posted by these people called reporters, which you will have access to, so Adelman doesnt need to tell you anything. You have to admit it was premature to start this thread as this season hasnt started..and by season i mean practice/training camp. As of now i doubt anyone will guess anything besides jeffries or taylor being the 4th guy as those are the obvious choices on paper. It's really safe to say jeffries gets the final spot.
Well sorry but I don't live in Houston so I do not have as much access as most die hard rox fans!! So no I don't think it was a "premature" thread! I had a questian, and wanted to hear others openions on the subject!
I think we keep Brooks, Martin, Batman, Scola, Yao, Lowry, Lee, Bud, Hayes, Miller, Hill, Jeffries on the active roster. PP and Taylor get starting minutes with the Vipers atleast for a little while. Maybe we keep Harris or Johnson around until we inevitably make a deal and need to clear a spot.
Yao/Miller/Hill Scola/Hayes/Patty Battier/Bud Kevin/Lee Brooks/Lowry i dont think there will be more trade until Feb.
IMO, ignoring trade possibilities, the suits are: C -- Yao, Miller PF - Scola, Hill, Hayes SF - Budinger, Battier, Jeffries SG - Martin, C-Lee PG - Brooks, Lowry Viper sweat suits are: Patterson, Taylor, Johnson
I know DM's been saying that PP is the replacement for losing Landry last season, but obviously they viewed Landry as expendable to get someone like Martin, so I bet they wind up getting rid of PP somehow.
Poor Mike Harris. I wish he'd magically grow a few inches of height and wingspan, and/or develop a Curry-quick release, killer three-ball. There's no one in the entire NBA to root harder for than Mike Harris. Dude brings a lunch box.
