out of the Tracy and Kobe who do u think is having the better year so far? I think both are the top two candadites for MVP this year other than maybe Duncan.

    apg: 5.0
    reb: 6.0

i dont get this why do people try to compare the two? they are both great players and everyone will choose one of the two and probably cant be convinced that the other one is a better player. laker fans always point to the championships kobe has won...tmac fans point to his ability to score and playmake and the fact that he has had mediocre or subpar teams (until last year)

i personally like mcgrady more but i can care less what kobe's stats are compared to t-mac and i think most rockets fans are the same way.

I think it is a little early to do such comparisons. :)

If Kobe continues to perform at his current level, he will be a strong candidate for MVP. However, I don't think he can keep it up. He will grow tire of the triangle offense and start working outside of the system once more. Pretty soon he will alienate all his temmates (if he hasn't already) and start jacking up shots out of double teams.

Between T-Mac and Duncan, I think the winner will be the one who stays healthy.

Kobe still forces the issue too much. Wasn't he like 5 for 23 last game? T-Mac is the superior team player.
