I was curious as to how many Rocket's fans we have living around the world. Especially given the fact that every time I go on to this site it is active 24hrs a day. Since I have been living in Switzerland, I have watched the NBA presence grow continously. I have met so many people who know of the new Steve Francis/ Yao Ming combination.

In order to give this post a little more credit, how is the NBA and Rockets perceived where you live and are there any big NBA prospects coming out around your area. From a European perspective, it appears as though most are coming out of Croatia, BiH, Slovenia & Latvia

The site is active 24 hours anyway. I am in US and I visit midnight, 3:00 am, 5:00 am, all the time. I am sure there are more night owls out there, right?

I was curious to see if there were fans out there whom are not from Houston, as myself. It seems as though everyone on this site are either from Houston or have relocated. Therefore it shows that the Rockets don't have much of a fan base other than there own city. I was hoping otherwise!

There are plenty that aren't from Houston. There's a handful that aren't in the USA. This should really be in the Hangout.

I am from Beijing, China. I have been a fan of NBA for a long time. I remember watching game broadcasts of Bird and Magic in late 80's. I feel NBA is one of the most sexy and enjoyble games.
Now I am a fan of Rockets because of YM. I check Clutchcity almost everyday although I don't post much. It is such a fun to read some 'real' English that I can't find at home.
My biggest disappointment on Rockets last season is that Boki did not play much, I hope he will have a chance to learn the game and prove himself.

Left Houston 20 years ago, did some time in Nawlins, LA (not Lower Alabama), happily been back in Texas, New Braunfels for 10 years, I followed my Rox throughout. Of course all I get here is *Spurts coverage, mainly......Fark the Spurts

I'm Iranian and living in the United Arab Emirates.

Now think about how remote my location is.

Now consider that there's actually another poster on this very message board from the United Arab Emirates. So, yeah, this board is very international.

Hong Kong, China. Yao Ming's presence has really helped the Rocket's visibility, but winning and flashy play really gets the attention.

(there are more Kobe jerseys than Yao jerseys at the playgound courts)

Originally from Houston, Texas. Now I am living in Cluj, Romania as an exchange student. Clutchcity is the only place i can get news on the Rockets. They only show the all-star game and the finals here in Romania.
