Mchale stuck too long with the starters, especially Parsons. Anyone could tell Parsons was off tonight with the kind of missed shots he had.

Harden was supposed to move Ariza into Howard's screen. You are not allowed to impede an offensive player's movement thus it was a foul on Ariza...

Those are different contacts. Throwing hands up are due to hands slapping. Falling to ground is due to body contact with opposing centers.
