McCullers won’t be back until next season.
Pressly.
Perhaps but it’s over 11 weeks, just shy of 3 months. That’s a pretty substantial window. We’re getting past the point of being able to keep...
That’s why you have to look at it over a longer period of time.
We have to stop making excuses for him.
Read the Ben DuBose tweet referenced a few posts above.
Time to make the change. Waiting any longer will start to look like Texans/Bill O’Brien-like stubbornness, which is uncharacteristic for the Astros.
I gave up on Osuna a few weeks ago. Time for Pressly to be our closer.
What are we going to excuse Osuna for today? Orioles advanced scouting?
Another outing where Osuna failed to get the job done.
How do you feel about Osuna now?
Second thoughts??
Nice bump. My take is we give it to Pressly and demote Osuna to see if he can figure it out at AAA (unlikely to make a difference in my opinion).
Send Osuna down to AAA and make Pressly our official closer.
He hasn’t been trustworthy for a while now.
I would get rid of him regardless.
Should have traded his ass before the deadline. Osuna cannot be trusted.
On a night that saw an historic Astros win, that is the one lesson learned going forward. He can’t seem to exit a game against the ***tty Orioles...
I wish I could share your confidence that the head coach and certain executives will be gone if the Texans don’t produce this season....
Whatever happens with Devo here will not erase a masterful performance by Sanchez.
