You need a nationalised health system. Your system of turning people away who don't have insurance is an absolute crime.
Didnt read thread, but tipping is a way for waiters/waitresses to get paid extra by not declaring it fully to the taxman.
If any of you had seen the area that the Olympics has allowed the regeneration of, you'd have a better understanding of how it has been beneficial.
