Just Amir Johnson is not a starter-caliber player. He's generaly a rookie. He did nothing in the NBA.
Come on! Why do you love Amir Johnson so much? You pay twice more money than Chuck?! And Amir would be our starting PF... nice.
I was a Lewis-fan but not for 15M per. Ok, so let's look for plan-B. I think the best fit would be Gooden (if he's available), Artest or Milicic.
That's the problem (you have to put sg next to Sura's contract).
Yes, he's a talent. But not a starter. And you'd give up Luther for him?! Ooouch.
I'd love it.
Yessssssssss. :D
Come on! I don't think he'd be a rotation player in Houston next season.
Why do you think Almond is better than Affalo? He might be avaliable #26.
Guys, why do you think Almond is better than Affalo? He'd be a safe pick #26. I'd rather get Fazekas in the 2nd round than pickink SW #26.
I do think Almond will be available but I'd rather pick Affalo over him. Picking up Fazekas and Davis #26 is too early... maybe if we buy an early...

What do you expect from Novak? nothing
IMO the Rockets are very high on Morris Almond. We'll take him #26 and trade for a legitim NBA PF later.
I saw some Euroleague matches and to tell the true... Splitter is so slow for the NBA. IMO he'll be a huge bust.
None of them would be a starting PF in the first season. So pick the best available player (eg. Affalo or Almond) and trade for a starting PF.
I think it's a perfect list.
