From what I heard Comcast has more HD channels than TW They have what TW has now plus ESPN2 and maybe a few more others.
NBC is in HD .... not all of the shows are HD but almost all the main ones are..

You could change the modem yourself if you have a TWC store close by. You could also change the splitter yourself -- if you know where the line...
Those kinds of emails go to the spam folder automatically.. Get a spam filter.
Get a Macbook...its got all that :p I dont have any recommendations but from experience all the monitors with built in speakers suck for audio...
Have TW replace the modem. Have them replace the splitters in your house as well and make sure that the internet line is on the first split....
