I don't own a subway franchise. It's an independent concept that is more similar to Baja Fresh than Subway. When I was researching Subway to see if I should do it or not, I found that most of them do about 200k-600k gross. The highest revenue one that I read about was in the middle of Manhattan and did about 950k.

Their franchisee startup fees are relatively low and you should be able to earn back what you put in after 3 or 4 years if you do it right. It's certainly much better than shelling out 700k for a Dunkin Donuts franchise :D
