      Hey, did I help any with regards to your question about pure vs artifical sugar? If there is anything else you're interested in, just post it in the Atkins Diet thread. I don't like the Atkins diet, but I believe that low-carb diets are the healthiest way to eat and I don't feel it's necessary to create a new thread, haha.
