First, let's be clear about something:

This isn't "double or nothing" -- if Marshon Brooks is picked in the lottery, you still owe $20 to the tip jar. I will then put in an additional $20 if he's a lottery pick. These bets are for fun while also helping Clutch, so it makes sense to do it like this.

So the bet is, if Brooks is picked by the #14th pick, I owe $20 to the tip jar. If he's not a lottery pick, you owe an additional $20 to the tip jar.
