I'm thinking this should be easy but I can't quite figure it out. I'm trying to put a folder of pics on a cd. How do I do that? Thanks.
What software are you using? If any. If you are just using windows you can just right click the file and select copy. Then go to your cdrom drive and click paste. Ofcourse you will need a cdr/rw in the cdr/rw drive.
I have Roxio, but I think that is for audio files only. I tried what you mentioned but I get a messge that says "insert cd" even though a cd is already in there. I attempted to burn a song on there and it worked fine. ??? ???
With roxio you should have the option to select creat data disc. Open Roxio "Select Project" ***The window that comes up and has blue buttons that you can move your mouse over. ANd then select make a data cd and select direct cd. That should allow you to drag files to a cd using Windows explorer. Or so it says.
Before I got Roxio I just used window, it had something built into windows explorer that gave me the option (on the left side of the screen) to copy the files to cd.
