conger's little hot streak was fun. he's worthless though. i never should have hopped off the conger sucks bandwagon
I sure hope the Carter experience is over...we cannot continue to put him out there...and Conger's defensive inadequacy is really killing us if he can't hit at all.

They aren't gonna put up 15 like the one night in New York but damn, they make putting up 2 or 3 runs seem hard. August losses: nearly doubled up, being outscored 51-26 Going back to middle of month (& last 5 losses): 3-0, 1-0, 1-0, 9-2, 4-2 for a total of 18-4. On the verge of being shut out again. ________ Runner on third, of course a double play to end it.
this is pathetic. not the game. i'm not even upset about that, but the fact that someone made one of our holy phenoms bend over backwards instead of taking the out himself by going to first base. ^he still mad.
