[FOX]Can the Houston Rockets sign Kevin Durant next offseason?

If I am Morey, I say Dwight, we wanna sign you for 4 years 100 million. Heres the thing, 10 million on a one year deal, 3 years 90m for years 2,3,4. That gives us the money to not only add Durant, but keep Lawson as well. If a couple people play ball, we can create a Dynasty.

Montrezl would be a cheaper garbage man option on offense, and an improvement on D, especially switches, than Jones. In this scenario, doubtful Rockets can sign either Jones or D-Mo unless either takes a huge paycut.

Don't see Ariza, Bev or Brew on the team either. Rockets will likely rely on their young economical assets (Capela, Dekker, Montrezl, rookie PG) and min salary vets (Thornton, Terry, Chuck).

 

Here are some different things the Rockets can do in order to sign Durant next off-season. The numbers for TJones and DMo are the amounts of their cap holds. Numbers for Dwight are just hopeful numbers of what he would accept. The number for Harrell is the minimum he can be paid next season.
