Man, I dont think they were forced. He hasnt been exactly pc throughout this whole series. Its nice to see that side.
I don't expect everyone to agree but I do expect we act like pros. I'm gonna name Brian the starter. It comes down to consistency. Consistency over time. It's not that big of a difference. [Brian] You gotta earn it everyday. When it comes to leadership, the QB needs to be a leader but you gotta win it on the field. I would expect you Ryan to be a professional and prepare to play. We're not on a short leash but we won't let it go 8 games of not being good. You need to be ready to go. You gotta get after it every day. Brian has been more consistent.
Really good episode. Its so awkward seeing rick smith being shown on camera being basically a 'yes man'. Romeo crennel seems like an odd duck with it being so intense with vrabel and Bob too.
Agreed.... after years of speculation of that's all he really does.... they literally have him sitting with the coach doing nothing but nodding big "yes's!' for everything he says (as if they're trolling the fans). BOB intimidates him with the golf club as well... probably tells him when its ok to go to the bathroom also.
If Rick Smith wasn't a yes man he wouldn't be working around Bob McNair. Rick Smith ever getting fired would surprise me... McNair keeping him around makes it look less like the good ol boy system he runs.
