MMP would burn to the ground if CC injured Correa via an errant throw in the 9th inning of a 15-0 game

I want to avoid Toronto in the playoffs considering our short porch and their beastly righties, especially considering our best starters are lefties that don't throw especially hard. Just not a good matchup. Rooting for the Yankees to win the east, and the Jays to lose either in the WC game or the first round.

    Positives on the game:

Gattis and Gomez had very good game, some good swings. The G & G could get hot.

The new lineup makes sense, maybe give Marisnick a game tomorrow, as the LF is big and McHugh is more of a fly ball pitcher than K.

Another great game by our starter.

When we took pitches, we did damage.

Castro had a very good game, will he catch again tomorrow as the game is at 1?

Pineda is coming of the DL, i think we have a very good chance tomorrow.

Carter actually managed to lower his non-existent value. He has negative value. Great win and even better to see some of the quieter bats come alive. Hopefully this is the start of something for Gonzalez. His swings last night looked like he was coming out of it and it showed today.

To be honest, I'm not crazy about the bat flips. On anything other than a hr, it just comes off as a**hole-ish. I wouldn't start a fight over it but it's not something I'm crazy about.
