    Why would subway care, they were making money off him. Whether they found out or he was outed by the FBI whats the difference it would still look bad on them. Their best option was to ride it until the money train ended.

    No. If they had looked into it at the time, found out the claims were credible, and then cut ties to Jared, they would look much better, because, in fact, they would have done nothing wrong. Knowing that Subway ignored credible claims that Jared was a sexual predator targeting underage kids makes me much less likely to buy their food. I'm sure many, many others feel the same way. People kind of tend to have strong feelings about sexual abusers of children and those that enable them.

    He could probably spend about 40 years to life in prison on all the offenses. Yet, he's getting a deal to only serve between 5 and 12 years? Seems like a bunch of bs to me. If it were an unknown black man, then see you in 40 to life.

    This is the first I've heard that people at Subway might've known about this. If this is true then I will reconsider Subway as food choice.

    A lot of people wouldn't care that they did the investigation. They would still associate Jared with subway. Subways sales are already going down, but that might have more to do with the fact they are a little over saturated.
