Are people taking Kuechel's mastery of the art of pitching for granted?

I still don't think he gets enough credit around here... its almost become "expected" that he's not supposed to give up runs (especially at home).

He's just been awesome to watch the last two+ years.... like a Maddux/Glavine combo with a side of bulldog in him.

Astros starters have to keep pitching Cy Young worthy games giving up no more than 2 runs for the team to have a fighting chance to win a lot of the time these days.

New York probably took Gattis into consideration on that overturn. Everybody wins.

I would be curious to see where the Astros rank with runners in scoring position. Seems like we squander so many chances. Does anyone think 1 run will hold up? Sure hope so!!

It's not about needed a nickname. Plenty greats have nicknames... including the GOAT Rocket.

Maybe you mean the great ones are known by one name... Mike, Wilt, Babe, Peyton, Magic.
