Usually when I don't directly respond or I make a joke instead of directly answering your question it's because what you are asking me to prove is common sense. Much like you asking me to prove that there are Asian specific programs in America that benefit Asians only (Which I later reluctantly had to prove by proving a link) but this is America there are programs for everything. It's common sense and actually a waste of time to prove to you something that is common sense. Conservatives have always been racists no matter what party they are in and now since the Republican party is now the conservative party it's filled with racists. There were confederate conservatives who started the KKK and even now white supremacist groups align themselves with the republican party.
I find that sweeping generalization made about large swaths of people are almost always offensive and are typically rooted in racial stereotypes. I love this board and this site. 99% of the time I spend on this board, I find a level of thoughtfulness and understanding that stands in stark contrast to the posts in this thread by Honey Bear. I think you are talking yourself into circles once again those democrats who were racists were conservative democrats by it's very meaning liberals are not racist. There is no way to say ALL conservatives are racists of course not, but the history of conservatives and what they stand for is the general view of racism. When you say liberal you know what those people who are liberal stand for much like conservative.
