Who are these twitter people and why are they so bent over the facts of Harden's deal?

Apparently he is supposed to take a big part in designing the shoes and have a clothing line as well. Can't wait for the fall line of Harden gear...will cop it

harden should design the shoes and clothes very retro, cater to the young hippsters of all races and past hippsters from the old generation who didn't know they were hippsters. $$$$$ by the end of 2016, raphael westbrook will be rocking that harden starry night pants.

lol no. Even young Kobe couldn't help Adidas make a dent against Nike. Tracy McGrady sneakers were underrated but was unnoticed due to the dominance of Nike.

Yeah, I've never seen anyone move the needle for Adidas before, Kobe included.

Adidas shoes have been lacking since the Tmac signature shoes. If James can get a Tmac 2 comfort and look, I will definitely cop a pair.
The Lillard signature shoes are straight trash!

That's what's so crazy to me, everyone keeps forgetting how sleek and light Tmacs were. Adidas can make stylish shoes

If any of the new designs that Adidas has been releasing (the lifestyle and running shoes) mean anything for Hardens signature shoe. I have hope that they will be stylish and comfortable.

Absolutely loved the Tmac 1s, 2s, 3s, 5s. went down hill kinda from there but the 2s are easily the best. Extremely comfortable and stylish. I haven't really seen a good adidas shoe since then though.
Adidas has been making some nice casual shoes so hopefully they put a lot of resource into the Harden kicks.

Good for Harden and Adidas. Only thing is Adidas is going to have to come up with some better designs. They're way too basic and generic. This is why Nike is owning a huge majority of the basketball market - they're designs are unique, different, and eye catching. There's absolutely nothing sexy about Adidas shoes.

When Adidas decided not to renew the apparel contract with the league they hired the three best shoe designers from nike to lead the new approach to Adidas basketball. James' shoes will be special

Those were the shoes everyone wanted when I was growing up. Kobes were like a afterthought compared to Tmacs. Everyone wanted to be like Tmac. Only thing is that most kids today want to grow up like Curry moreso than Harden. Still I'm hoping these Adidas shoes make some noise as Harden ascends to the upper echelon among today's NBA players (if hes not there already since he is the player's MVP). Too bad the media is a bunch of Curry nut-huggers who love to stroke not only his ego but his phallus.
