It's easy to overlook what a great defender he was.

Agreed but the video reminded me that the guy was still a catch-and-dunk type of player as late in his career as the last Championship series. Much like Dream, it was how quickly he got up in the air that impresses me as much or more than the height. Jordan was probably still more athletic than 80-90% of the wings in the league at the age of 33-34 years old. Hell, he wasn't even a bad athlete for an NBA wing at 40.

I know it's not necessarily difficult for tall, athletic men to dunk, but Jordan made it look SOOOOO easy. Like there was virtually no effort involved.

Jordan is a better player (by far) but Vince Carter is the best in game dunker ever.

Well I can definitely see why they would call him the GOAT...in the 80's lol. Take away the "MJ" brand and what you see is a mix tape that isn't really any different from other superstar athletic players, Kevin Durant, LBJ, Tmac, Kobe...and these guys are dunking on far better competition rather than the generally athletically inferior player in the 1980's.

In fact VC and I'd argue Blake Griffin and Gerald Green actually has better dunks.

VC has some nice creative dunks but mostly from lobs. The degree of difficulty in MJ is a lot higher IMO.

The rest of the rubbish u posted is just rubbish...not sure if i should take u seriously since u seem to be one of the worst posters here.

U do realise MJ with a broken finger and injured knee at age 38/39 scored 50+ and 40+ in consecutive.games in the 2000s. Ur disrespect for previous eras is just childish. Did u just start watching last year?
