Braveheart (Scottish roots always kick in when watching that movie, even if it's not all entirely true :D )

    Gladiator

    Snatch

    Boondock Saints

    Clerks

    Dogma

Ronin (If only for the car chase scene)

    Heat

    Donnie Darko

    Scent of a Woman (Hoo-ah!)

And there's a ton more I can't think of, but these are some of my favs. Pacino's role in Scent of a Woman I probably like more then any mob related action movie, but usually he picks good roles so it's all good.

I guess I will have to go with the MTv Cribs style and pronounce Scarface as quite possibly my favorite movie. Others are Taxi Driver, Dazed and Confused, Blow, Godfather triolgy and of course the best comedy ever; Dumb and Dumber.
