    I'm not exactly fashion forward, but most of the outfits posted in this thread are just what's "in" today. In other words, young/impressionable kids will find them benign. Of course the older generation will be shocked, but that doesn't matter much anymore.

    Could you just have like an extra large t-shirt or something on hand that you could have them wear for their shift? Put your logo on it or something. Saves you the hassle of sending them home and they will dress appropriately in the future to avoid wearing the funky, baggy t-shirt.

    I don't remember the name of the store in the galleria but it was on the right going into the second story entrance of nordstroms and both girls working there were dressed exactly like this.

    Because mall stores dictate dress I was curious if that was a type of uniform or something. Perhaps they did their interviews like that.
