    Fact: Chuck Hayes has the highest career free throw percentage of any PF/C on the roster. Far different from the last time he was on the team.

    The only thing he can stretch is his waistline.

    Know your player and what their strengths/weaknesses are.

    Edit: Actually, I take that back. Chuck Hayes will stretch our pick and roll defense.

    I remember back when he still had that "hitch" in his free throws, they said that he didnt do that in practice, but for some reason had that hitch in the games - all mental. He worked on that a lot and has gotten better over the years.

    That "hitch" is still there (see below). There's a lane violation on one of these attempts.
