For those providing serious responses, and including Barkley, I would contend that the definition of Role Player should at least mean that the player was never an NBA All-Star for the Rockets.

Barkley was an All-Star in his first season with us logging 19 pts / 13.5 rebounds.

I'm going with the 4 Clutch City starters plus Deke. Don't overthink this. Chemistry, defense and 3pt shooting.

    Smith
    Maxwell
    Horry
    Thorpe
    Deke

    Deke

Every game will be under 70 points.

If you could build a roster using only players from the RGV, who would it be?

    Tyrone Lue (NBA Finals experience)
Richie Frahm (undervalued Morey type guy)
Ryan Bowen (can stretch him to the 4 if need be)
Brian Cook (do I even need to explain)
Hasheem Thabeet (first name rhymes with Hakeem)

    Anyone care to argue?
