Fangraphs has good podcasts, bUT can be a little qwirky. I really liked the Crawfish boxes podcasts, but haven't heard one since they switched format and name.
I mentioned fangraphs, but I should say they get off topic sometimes. Other times, they just don't talk about baseball so be sure to read the description before listening to ensure you are getting a baseball podcast.
The new Crawfish Boxes pod is called the Ground Control Podcast. Still has some of the same people, so it should be good, but I haven't checked it out yet. Jonah Keri's is solid, but it can be hard to care about listening to him interview a couple people for an hour about two non-Astros teams, which is the usual format.
