The show is hitting its stride. All the characters seem more comfortable in their roles. Love Reggie. Like the big dude too, forget his name, his wife is banging and so is the chick texting him
I love this show too. It's annoying how critics snobbishly constantly mock shows like this and Entourage, like how dare a show revolve around men actually enjoying themselves.
Arielle Kebbel? She's been in Hollywood for a decade so I doubt it was her. Unless you're talking about somebody else.
I'm pretty sure that the top critiques of this show have nothing to do with the characters actually having fun. Maybe its more like - -Crappy writing -bad acting (The Rock has yet to really let his hair down in this role. Too worried about making him look like a badass stud just like Entourage was too worried about making Vinny look like a superstar playboy) -same show as Entourage, How to Make it in America, etc. that Walberg continues to produce -same repetitive formula for episodes as above -misogynistic (its HBO, its expected, but its going to be an issue for some) -Show premise has major potential, but leaning too much on Entourage formula cheapens the show Its not that the show is necessarily bad and unwatcheable. Its just that the show is a disappointment for those who think it could be much, much better than Entourage 2.0 which is exactly what season 1 is designed to do. That's fine, and there is a place for it, but count me in as someone that thinks that lazy, and disappointed that good talent can't actually create something very real, and show more humanity in a very interesting world.
Christine Bently. The chick who plays the golf chick. When I read the season spoiler it read Christine Bently would play some side chick of rock. That's why i said that. Maybe that part hasn't come yet
Show has been better and better each week. Now that I know that that's Denzel's son though, I can't stop hearing his voice every time Ricky talks.
Was I the only one that started laughing out loud when Ricky Jarrett was giving the interview and he turned over to the Rock, and he did the whole point to his heart thing??? And then the gym scene where The Rock is wearing the "People's Champ" tank top. Geez... this show man. I really can't tell if its taking itself seriously or not.
Did they explain how Charles' wife found out about the fun house? Does she have GPS tracking on his phone? How can Ricky have a fun house and Vernon is broke?
Anyone else see a resemblance between these two? I cannot stand either one of them and they even look alike.
I think Ricky is a veteran and established star in the league, and Vernon is still young but about to receive his payday.
