    Man - this makes Fagen look really bad. You gotta believe it hurts his ability to attract new clients...but then again, I can't feel too sorry for him because he obviously is an unethical guy. The rumored "letting Parsons walk to sign Dwight" clause with houston is crappy. I'm glad he is getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

    I saw a snapchat video of Parsons and DeAndre partying together at club in Houston about a month ago. Thought it was strange seeing them together at the time.

    This is not the same at all. There was no moratorium after the 1999 lockout, when McDyess signed. The league went straight to free agency negotiations. So, McDyess actually signed a real contract on Jan 21st, 1999.

    You guys can claim it's the same, but it isn't.

    There didn't need to be a Moratorium, because the league's financial audit was already done the previous July 1st. And there was no time for it.

    I thought the Player's ability to tamper was curved after the LeBron superteam coalition.
    I think that the ability of Agents and other tampering will be looked up more
    esp if he ends up back in L. A.

    He's a man of his word. Gotta respect that. Either that or the Kings offer is no longer on the table. But this actually hurts Dallas if he plays well for them next year. Without Jordan or Chandler, they're screwed on defense. But they could be decent enough to win 30-35 games which may mean a lotto pick between 8-14.

    And their 2016 first round pick is only theirs if it's within top 7.

    I agree with you...this only pushes their rebuild back further.

    Doesn't Parsons have an opt out after next season? No way in hell does he stay in Dallas for a rebuilding project. He'll be gone from the Mavs in 2016.

    No matter what happened, this works great for the Rox.

    - More people will hate the Clippers more than ever before if they will get DJ back.

    - Getting DJ back may not be a good deal for the Clippers also, the rift already there between CP3 and DJ, by some new bogus promise to DJ will only be a ticking bomb to be exploded sooner than later.

    - And if DJ leaves the Mavs, they are done, completely done and could also lose their first round next year to Boston and this is the end for the next 7-10 years of this franchise.

    - Can't wait to the see that epic Cuban press conference.

    - Hey, there is a good news for the Mavs though, at least now they will have the cap room to sign Lin straight up and no need to worry losing Dwight Powell in a S&T with the Lakers.
