This is fascinating. Will be lots of ramifications either way, both on and off the court.

Still hope he stays in Dallas. Legit worried about beating the Clips in the playoffs if they keep him.

Why? What are the Clippers doing wrong? Particularly if Jordan reached out to them first. If there were a contract, this would be tampering..but there's not one.

Maybe you change the way you do free agency going forward....but punishing the Clippers for this? I don't see it.

As pissed as I am that the Clippers probably will get him back and still be a force, this is the funniest thing ever. Twitter is too good right now.

Yes. Silver will demand co.pesation not to mention damage with agents which is even more important.

You should not piss of agents. Esp if you are a rookie who knows nothing like ballmer.

It's an unspoken etiquette for this time of year, I'd think. But I hear you: if DAJ reached out to them, what are they supposed to do? Pout and turn away?

Am loving the hilarious player emoji tweets. Any other twitter jokes, please share.

DeAndre Jordan is "leaning" toward a return to the Clippers, according to ESPN's Marc Stein, although sources said the situation still is among the most fluid in free agency in recent years.

Sort of, except for that weird intersection of players vs front office... clippers players have apparently been texting him for a while. If he then calls FO it is within rules, but...

I think so too. For it to have gotten this far with him meeting with Doc, Bawling Ballmer, Griffin, and others members of the Clippers tells me he's going to go back. But I still think this stinks. You don't verbally commit to a team and then screw them over like this nearly a week later.

Multiple Sauces said Darryl Morey allowed them to meet in the Offices of the Rockets Headquarters

"Anything to get help these love lost kids get together. . . . I even got the cigars to celebrate their reunions . .. they won't be Cubans .. .of course . .. *chuckle*chuckle*" - Darryl Morey

Lol...good luck with that. This happened to Mavs before with Jason Kidd. Not the first time this has happened.

And the market is still open. No contracts signed yet.

The ver next second his agent will drop him and then you will see multiple smearing articles against dj. and thats without mentioning any legal action cuban may go thru.
He will pay if he goes on with this. One way or another.
