Thinking about both the present and future of this team, and of course if the salaries matched, which two franchise cornerstones would you prefer rolling with going forward?

Would you trade a double quarter pounder with cheese for a double cheese burger?

You can't be serious asking if we would trade Harden and Howard.

Easy no. Harden and Howard are known quantities, these guys are not. Wiggins looks promising, he might be an all-star caliber player soon, but that is no guarantee of success.

I wouldn't trade Harden alone for Wiggins and Towns.

I would trade entire rosters, because if you removed just these 2, Houston would malfunction to say the least. Timbers got great young potential roster. Houston has aging Howard and borderline MVP who makes his team play 4 on 5 defense. Not quite an attraction for smart big men who don't like to play defense too. Like LMA or LOVE. Dwight didn't know better

Trading the best SG in the game and runner-up MVP and Dwight, top 3 C in the game and beast in the playoffs, for two unproven youngsters seems like a great idea.

It works in 2k, Wiggins and Towns will probably be 90+ rated in a few seasons, so it will apply to real life. Maybe also trade Ariza and other guys for other rookies with 90+ potential.

No. Harden is mvp caliber. Wiggins and towns are not and they may or may not reach their potential. Dwight alone i would trade for wiggins tho. And thats because of his health his age and that he expires next year. However that trade would be in a vacuum. Not in reality. In reality this team is win now mode and you dont trade stars for rookies.

I would trade both of them now in reality if it was for ad.

Would you trade these chicken nuggets (Wiggins & Towns) for a filet mignon? (Harden & Howard)

That's how I read this question.

HUUUHHH??? Seriously don't get what you are saying. Are you suggesting that the teams swap their entire rosters? So essentially it would be the Houston Timberwolves and Minnesota Rockets...if so get ready for a few more years of missing the playoffs.
