    I've heard this is an outdoor amphitheatre right on the river in NJ. However, my favorite band moe., is supposedly playing New Years Eve there? I've heard rumors that they are able to convert the place during winter so that it is heated and covered?

    Has anyone been there or does anyone live in the area that might be able to shed some light on this place?
