Oh Kam I appreciate your unecessary caution, but it is like I always tell people on this board that threaten to kick my ass.... Okay you can kick my ass but you have to come through all those little wires.... and don't get lost.... because there is alot of them! Where did you get your username, I like it... Kam. Small but powerful....
Omega, congrats on your 1000th post! I concur with Anti that you are a great member on this board & easily one of my favorite posters! Keep up the good work!
It does have alot more to do with Reg. Date But that isn't even it. If is more like who contributed more to clutch's tip jar. I think he should post it. That would inspire low lifes like me to go further into debt
I am not hating on Omega ya'll, I am just saying, as proud as I was to hit four hundred, it don't matter if you don't try hard at every post. Clutch is spending good server space on our asses, let's not waste it on smilies. YoYao's fame is a result of his good nature and sense of humor, he never reacts negativly when people pick on him and for that reason he has become many peoples favorite poster. But I still am not going to help him out of his ticket. You just need to pay that bad boy YoYao.
legrouper, i'm just f'ing around with ya! i think it's the different kinds of posts that make this place fun there's the long, but "good read" threads posted by seniors. there's the 'shoppers that make you spit coke on your keyboard. there's the newbies that make getting into locked theads fun. there's the smartarses with all of their one-liners. there's the cool women. there's the token gay guys. there's the people that have no clue, so they're funny. there's the people that quote sitcoms or movies. there's the people that start "looks like" threads. a lot of people fit into more than one category. to me, it's not necessarily (i hate that word... i spell it wrong most of the time) the quality of the posts, but more of what you bring to the table of having people enjoy themselves while they're here. i do agree with just emoticons as responses though.
Well if you agree with just emoticons as posts then maybe you ought to make a hefty donation to clutch's tip jar so he can pay for the five hundred smilie face posts he gets a day. It costs money to wink here. At least have something to say.
I believe staying on topic should have something to do with it too. No one said hitting a specific number made you a good poster. It's just a milestone. That's it. And sometimes a smiley can say it all.
gawd. misunderstanding. when i said, "i do agree with just emoticons as responses though"... i meant that i agree with you that they are wrong. sigh. i feel like i'm back in d&d even though i was agreeing with somebody. sheesh! chill, legrouper.
I'm gonna pull a G.G. Allin and announce my Clutch BBS Death. I will stop posting forever once i hit 666 posts. That is all.
Or that 1999 under your name. (...damn re-registration. I could've been a single digit member too...)
