Maybe the "#1 with us" refers to a player that was supposed to be picked #1 but was passed over by the team that had the first pick for someone else?....just a thought ------------------

Houston's lineup: 5: Mo/Collier 4: Shareef/KT 3: Shandon/Walt 2: Cat/Davis 1: Franchise/Mooch. Remember: Vancouver wants to dump salary, not take it on. Miami wants size so that Grant can play the 4, as he wanted. Geez. A guy stays away a couple of hours from the BBS and catches some sleep, and when he wakes up, all hell has broken loose! I´ll be damned. If it is Vancouver, it has to involve SAR. But SAR doesn´t sound like someone "who could start" as oeilpere has pointed out. That would be too much of an understatement. If it is Phoenix, who could it be? They won´t trade Marion. That leaves Cliff Robinson and Rodney Rogers as players who could start. If it is Miami, the only player that fits that description i can think of is Mason. Can´t see us trading BOTH cato and Hakeem without getting some size back, but i hope that doesn´t mean Reeves. It would mean that we have completly given up all hope on Cato, which doesn´t seem too far off now, i guess. EVEN if we did get rid of both of them, i´m hoping that we can somehow package Los and Walt for players on the last year of their contracts. If we pull this one correctly, we could conceivably land SAR and STILL have the money to sign Mo and shop some free agents. Shandon is waiting for his bird rights. I´m still praying SAR ends up here. It's no longer Hakeem that is included in the deal. We won't trade Francis and Mobley. We can't trade Shandon or Maurice because we are going to reward them for their hard play next offseason. There isn't much commodity for Mooch yet. Langhi and Collier haven't proven theirselves yet, so it cant be them. Only player that I can think of Houston trading would be Cato.
