49.3 TS% through 17 playoff games. It's like Westbrick during his triple double run. But hey, they're winning games.

Curry is in the ideal system for him...

Bron can make any system work for him.

Bron is in the GOAT conversation... Curry's ceiling is Reggie Miller...

Even if you hit ball first you can't tackle a guy on a loose ball.

    True shooting percentage isn't everything.

    Edit...

I was just looking at the game logs on basketball-reference.com and Lebron's TO% is insane considering his usage being thru the roof.

He isn't putting up the dominant shooting percentages like the past few years but he simply is not giving away any possessions and he is playing dominant defense. This isn't like Westbrook at all.

2015 Westbrook and Playoff Lebron are both high-usage, low efficiency scorers.

The league average TOV*% is 13.3%, and Lebron's playoff TOV% so far is 12.2%. But since the Cavs are playing such at such a slow pace, I don't think it's insane really. Westbrook's TOV% was 14.3% and the Thunder played a much faster pace, while the Cavs were 25th in the league in possessions per game.

    Curry >>> Reggie Miller. LOL.

But Curry is nowhere in the same league as Lebron.

The league's best players go like this:

    Lebron

    Healthy Durant
    Healthy AD
    Healthy Westbrook

    Harden
    Curry

    ....

Maybe this whole efficiency thing is overrated.

It's not. Lebron won in Miami b/c he was highly efficient.

If the Cavs' D isn't as dominant as it is, it wouldn't be able to withstand Lebron's inefficiency.

I agree with this except WB is worse than both Harden and Curry. Unlike Lebron WB's tendency to ballhog results in losses for his team. Dude cant even lead his team to the playoffs without KD to bail his ass out.

They had a bad start without Durant and WB. If WB was healthy all season, OKC makes the playoffs.

Secondly, to do what Lebron is doing (and what WB was doing) and be ultra success as the Cavs are right now, you need a dominant defense. OKC was terrible on defense on all fronts so you really couldn't blame WB for their losses b/c they lost due to their team defense, not offense.

Obviously, WB isn't in Lebron's league, but you're undermining him if you think a guy like Curry is better than him.

WB can't be taken out of games. He can have poor shooting games, and still make himself known in the game in some other ways. That's a sign of a true superstar. (Plus coaches don't "hide" you defensively). I wish we would have seen that in this playoffs.

In this postseason, we have seen Curry and Harden being taken completely out of games and looked completely lost or absolutely pathetic. I don't think you can ever do that to a player like Westbrook. Poor shooting games don't define a great player's impact on a game. It can to players like Curry and Harden.

And just to remind how ridiculous WB was post All-star:

In 36 minutes per game: 31.4 points (24 shots), 9 rebounds, 10 assists, 2 steals

Michael Jordan, Hakeem Olajuwon, and Lebron James are the best players of all time.

I wish people wouldn't put harden in the same conversation with those guys. The dude doesn't play defense at ALL and just waits his turn to play offense. Superstar plays defense. Without his offense he is a big liability; look at the Clippers series. Just wait to next year and all the team are more healthy than this year; let's see if his hero translates to anything. People says he is great passer. Well if you have the ball 99% of time, you are bound to get at least 7 or 8 assist a game. Even Lin would have at least 7 assists if the ball was in his hand on every freaking play.
