Since there are so many stupid polls here. Let me add one more, in light of the Jazz question in the GARM. Which NBA team do you hate the most? Notice the present tense. I mean right now, not what you used to hate. Just pick your top choice. It's no secret that I hate the Lakers.
Lake show. I hate everything about them, from their colors to their fairweather celebrity fans to their seemingly perpeutal dominance.
The suns? I can understand because Amare stole the show but why else? Was it all those years they spent getting their asses handed to them by us? Or was it just Tom Chambers and Jeff Hornacek looking a little too squirelly?
I hate all big market teams, LA, New York, Chicago.... I always respected the Jazz because they are from.... Utah. If Utah and Sac can fill an Arena, Houston should have a waiting list for season tickets.
LA and Dallas because I hate even the slightest notion that money can win championships. Utah for more obvious reasons.
Suns- Starbury saying that he's the real all-star and doesn't need to be voted in by the fans; Amare stealing Yao's ROY; Suns stealing the last playoff spot from the Rox. Welcome to the era after Flopton/Karla...the "Damn those SUNS!" era.
So, sounds like you have no clue that Suns took away the 8th seed in playoff last season. Also, Marbury said that Francis did not deserve his All-Stars title, and himself was the real All-Stars...... You just have no clue....
Hmm, Suns haters are picking up steam. And Jazz hatred is still lingering. I bet Malone moving to the Lakers has some effect on this survey too. I'm surprised not that many people hate the Texas teams.
I think it's time for a new rivalry; the I-10 and I-45 rivalries or whatever they're called haven't reached the point where we're both on the same level. We got blown out in all games against the Mavs. Spurs were champs. Sure we hate them, but I don't think we hate them the most yet because we remember the glory days when we used to stomp their as*es. The Lakers have a stronger case beause they're loaded (Yankees of NBA) and they're the team we love to hate. The Jazz will always leave a salty taste in most Rockets fans mouths, even after the Unholy Trinity of Stockton/Malone/Sloan dies. Still, the Suns stole what should have been ours. A playoff spot, prestige, the ROY...and we're on the same level. It's intense everytime we play. There hasn't been a clutch Marbury 3 behind an Amare pick to win a playoff game, but that is conceivable in the near future. Learn to hate them now, because you'll be doing it a lot in the future.
