Umm, newbie, I don't know if you were trying to be funny or not, but YoYao clearly stated he drives a Jetta.

Yeah, man, I'm pretty serious about that last quote. We had to post a cash bound to get her out of jail that night. Total came to like 800. Since it was the court I was purchasing the bond from I have to post the full amount of the fees. If I would have done it through a bonding agency I would have only needed to post about 20%.

Now, I'm not saying your in the exact same boat as I was in, but you should really consult a lawyer before you go to court. Most lawyers will give solid advice for nothing on a case like this. So talking to one wouldn't hurt your pocketbook unless you actually needed representation.

Man, don't worry about that jail crap. I'm assuming that your case is in Harris County or some other county around Houston, right? Either way, Houston people don't BS with BS cases; they have around 10,000 inmates in their facilities in Harris County alone. But either way, you earn $100/day for any outstanding fines when you stay in jail, and usually the JP court judge you see right when you get in there will give you "time served" for just one day in almost all the traffic violation cases I've ever seen. Don't be so worried. And you won't get raped in there, it's just jail and they have Sherriffs supervising all the cells 24 hours a day.

Oh, but one tip - if you do go in (which I doubt you will) wear sandals or slides or something when you go take a shower. It's a one-man shower in most jails, so people tend to let out their sexual frustrations in there all the time. You don't want to step in a puddle of "Drain Babies.";)

Umm, veteran, if you look at the picture the car does not have a front license plate. I apologize if you didn't get the joke, or did not realize that I was being sarcastic.

FWIW, I am not a newbie. I am just using a new account.

Allright, but considering it is a Georgia Bulldogs license plate, it is most likely from Georgia, where there are no front plates.

If you do end up in jail it will probably be in Harris County on gladiator level because of your age. If you do YoYao you must take up for yourself in there, or you will get lynched for your pb&j.
You might take a lick or two, but I'am confindent after seeing your picture on the BBS that once you get out they will be calling you Mr. YoYao

p.s. Don't sing "All By Myself" in the shower.

    Good Luck! :)

just got back from the court, the girl in the check in wondow smile at me and flirt with me, she is really pretty and seems nice, should have got her name :( but I don't want to be like Kobe and end up in jail. then I wait my turn to speak to judge, he reduce the 375 fine to 75. well, at least saved myself 300 bucks. there are some guy plead not guilty and came back the second time, the cop didn't show up, the case dissmissed, and he is not guilty, seems like a good way to get rid of tickets :)
