Hakeem was all about that thug life before he put the H in front of Akeem.

I did too. Especially how Rudy T called the dream "one of the most important people in his life" was emotional. They really were a perfect match for each other.

Hopefully this finds it way to youtube or the nba.com site.

doubt nba.com would want anything to do with it... Stephen Curry was only 6 at the time

I started watching basketball during the 06 finals where Dwade tore up the Dallas Mavericks. Year later, I got into it and started watching all Rockets. After that, I caught up on the history and the documentaries, and even went back to watch the old games. This documentary was amazing! I love the Houston Rockets.

    Few things I didn't know.
    1) Hakeem slapped Maxwell.
    2) Hakeem was about to leave the Rockets but he stayed after he started to practice Islam even more. I just thought he became more dedicated to the religion but didn't know he was about to leave.
    3) Maxwell left the way that he did.

What about Clyde showing up in the locker room on day 1 reading the WSJ with his legs crossed?

A couple things I learned from watching the Documentary:

Horry feels that Drexler is yelling at him during the game so he runs over as hard as he can to Clyde and says, "don't you EVER f'in yell at me again" and its all stemming from the recent trade that sent OT to Portland for Drexler.

In 1992 Fran Blinebury is sitting next to Michael Jordan who is casually putting on his shoes and says to him, "I'm glad Houston cant seem to get out of the west because, frankly, I don't think we can do anything about that monster (reference to Olajuwon) they've got over there."

    Was great.

One complaint: too damn much Kenny Smith. Like way too much.

And I still can't believe Akeem slapped Maxwell for having bad manners.

I wish I could see Hardens reaction to this. Maybe we will next season.
